Our very own Diana B. Arevalo, made history for DWCC when she was chosen as one of the 24 finalists vying for the most coveted title of Bb. Pilipinas 2009 this coming March 7, 2009 at the Araneta Coliseum.

Diana, DWCC’s beauty queen, was the 3rd runner up in Ms. DWCC 2006 and former Ms. Oriental Mindoro 2007. She is currently taking up BSC-Economics 4. With her beauty, wits and overall personality, Diana stood out from over 180 aspiring ladies during the Bb. Pilipinas 2009 screening process. In preparation for the upcoming coronation night, her photos along with the 23 other candidates’ were exhibited last February 22-27 at Gateway Mall, Araneta Center.

Bb. Pilipinas Charities, Incorporated (BPCI) is the longest-running and most prestigious beauty pageant that chooses deserving Filipinas to be carriers of humanitarian causes and goodwill. It is also a non-stock, non-profit organization that envisions fund-raising activity for projects that would benefit orphans, indigent families and less fortunate members of Philippine society.

With much pride, the students strongly believe Diana will bag the title. The DWCC family greatly supports Diane in her endeavor and is rooting as well for her success.
