February 20-DWWC Gazette continues to discover Divinians with exemplary skills in journalistic writing as they conducted 2nd Timpalak Katha-6th Gazette Creative Writing Contest at DWCC AVR.

Henry Janin S. Dimaala, Dennis B. Villostas and Sherwin Vonn M. Ical grabbed first posts in Pagsulat ng Sanaysay, Tula and Maikling Kwento categories respectively. Meanwhile, Roy Francis T. Llave, Hans Jansen S. Dimaala and Jovelyn Hernandez copped 1st places in categories Short Story, Poetry and Essay Writing. Winners for Literary Graphics were Mark Paulo Gonzales (Filipino) and Nathaniel L. Evangelista (English). Evangelista also got 1st place in Editorial Cartooning (English).

Board of judges was composed of Mrs. Pamela Llupar-de Torres, Gazette Moderator, Mr. Djhonder Noel G. Gutierrez, Gazette Consultant, and Mr. Wyndell S. Gaspan, SAO Director.

The event was made possible through the participation of the students from the seven departments and the staffers of DWCC Gazette.
