STELLAR PERFORMANCES | Displaying resilience, young journalists from ‘The New Horizon’ stand their ground as they hold the title of being overall 1st runner-up in the Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) 2025, at Oriental Mindoro National High School, February 3, 2025.
